What are the available shipping options?

Standard shipping: Between 3 and 4 days (this is a non-binding information) once the order has been accepted and processed. If your order is placed before 3PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order only if you registered on our online store. In that case, go to havaianas-store.com, then login to your account after clicking on the “Login” button, then click on “My Orders”. Finally, check the “Order status” column

What happens if I am not at the address indicated to receive the delivery?

In this case, the transport company will schedule a second delivery. If you are not there they will leave you a note with their contact details. The delivery will remain at your disposal for 10 business days. Should they not hear from you the delivery will be returned to us and the purchased amount will be refunded accordingly to the same credit card details used during the checkout, within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse.

Returns

What are the guidelines to return the products?

Your order can be returned and will be refund as long as it meets the following requirements:

  • -     Within 7 days upon receipt, you have contacted upfront our customer service team with your order number (H+6 digits) in order to get a return authorization number.
  • -     The original tags are attached to the item
  • -     The original stickers are still under the soles of the flip-flops (if it is a flip-flop)
  • -     You include in the return box the original invoice
  • -     There are no visible signs of wear and tear
  • -     The original product is returned in its original packaging (either a box or bag depending on the kind of item you ordered) before 14 days upon receipt using the below address
